These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bloomade’s Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Bloomade’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Bloomade uses Paypal and payment cards as a payment solution. The payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is going to be shipped. All information and data regarding your payment is sent encrypted via SSL to PayPal and is never available to Bloomade’s owners or employees.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Bloomade offers the following forms of delivery:
GLS – delivery to the nearest Parcel Shop- 40DKK
GLS – delivery to the stated address- 60DKK
Delivery time is 2-3 business days.
When buying for more than 399DKK incl. VAT, the delivery is free. (This covers GLS – without distribution)
Please note that we are not able to deliver the goods internationally.
Return and refund
Thank you for shopping at Bloomade.
We know in Bloomade that you can change your mind, then most items can be returned within a 30 days period, which starts from the day after you receive your order. In order to proceed with any returns/cancellations, you need to contact our customer service.
Please return the items to us within 14 days of your notice to the following address:

Your money for the goods will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your package. Shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. Returned items need to be in its original packaging and must be unused. In case the returned item is open and used, we may charge additional fees.
In case you find products in your order damaged, or dysfunctional you have 30 days period to return these products and get a refund or a replacement. This period starts from the day when you receive the order. In order to report any damage or dysfunction, you need to contact Bloomade. We may require additional evidence such as photography which will support the claimed damage or dysfunction.
